Deep-Tissue massage

Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage technique that focuses on reaching the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Unlike more gentle forms of massage, deep tissue massage applies firm pressure and slow strokes to target areas of tension, adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue), and knots in the muscles.

Hot Stone massage

Infrared Sauna
